Jila Water & Best Water Filter – Return Policy At Jila Water and BestWaterFilter.com.au, we are committed to providing high-quality water filtration products. Due to the nature of our products, a strict return policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene. Eligibility for Returns Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Returns must be approved in advance and submitted within 30 days from the invoice date. A restocking fee of 14.5% or the cost of shipping (whichever is greater) will be deducted from the refund or store credit. Wrongly Purchased Items If you have purchased the wrong item (e.g., wrong size, incorrect system, or compatibility issues), you may return it for store credit. The item must be unused and in resellable condition. Return Process & Fees Damaged Returns: Minor damages that can be repaired will incur a deduction for replacement parts and labor costs, in addition to the restocking fee. Major damages that cannot be repaired may result in the return being refused, with the customer responsible for return shipping or disposal. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend adding transit warranty to your return shipment in case of damage. Any damage not reported within 48 business hours of delivery will not be covered under our transit warranty.
