Due to the nature of our products, a strict return policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene. Eligibility for Returns Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Returns must be approved in advance and submitted within 30 days from the invoice date. A restocking fee of 14.5% or the cost of shipping (whichever is greater) will be deducted from the refund or store credit. Wrongly Purchased Items If you have purchased the wrong item (e.g., wrong size, incorrect system, or compatibility issues), you may return it for store credit. The item must be unused and in resellable condition.
