Eligibility for Returns Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Returns must be approved in advance and submitted within 30 days from the invoice date. A restocking fee of 14.5% or the cost of shipping (whichever is greater) will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
